EMEC S.r.l. ("we", "us", or "our") built the EMEC NA app as a commercial application. This Privacy Policy describes how your data is handled when you use the EMEC NA app ("App").

All data is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or share your data with any servers.

• Display measurements
• Tag data with time and location
• Allow users to export sessions

3. Third-Party Services

The app does not use third-party services that collect personal data. Bluetooth communication uses native system BLE frameworks.

We do not share your information with third parties.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Data is stored only on your device. You can delete it at any time through the app. We do not have access to it.

6. Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
